BT Cloud Voice in brief
BT Cloud Voice runs your phone system in BT's network rather than in a box on the wall. Each user has a feature pack and a number and makes calls on a desk phone, the desktop app or the mobile app over a business internet connection. Features include auto attendants, hunt groups, call queues and voicemail to email, with call recording and a Microsoft Teams integration available.
Because it is a BT service, it is often chosen alongside BT broadband or BT leased lines, giving one supplier for connectivity and calls.
