Contact us

In short: Forever UC is Forever Group's own hosted phone system. It is app-first, running on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac with optional desk phones, built on Cisco BroadSoft technology and hosted on the BT Wholesale network in the UK. It comes in three tiers: Standard, Plus (adds recording and reporting) and Contact (adds recording and live contact centre reports).

What Forever UC is

Forever UC is a hosted unified communications service from Forever Group. Your phone system runs in the cloud, and each user makes and takes calls on your business numbers from an app on their mobile, tablet, laptop or PC, over Wi-Fi or mobile data, in or out of the office. Calls can ring several devices, so people can pick up wherever they are.

Desk phones are optional. Many teams run on apps alone; others add handsets for reception or shared areas. No phone system hardware is needed on site.

Two things sit underneath the service:

  • Cisco BroadSoft technology, the calling platform Cisco now offers as Cisco BroadWorks. Cisco describes BroadWorks as an enterprise-grade calling and collaboration platform, hosted by its service provider partners.
  • The BT Wholesale network in the UK, which hosts the service and connects it to the public phone network.

Features in every tier

  • VoIP calling on your existing or new business numbers
  • Apps for iOS and Android phones and tablets, and for Windows and Mac computers
  • A switchboard view for transferring calls between colleagues
  • Call handling with menus and department groups
  • A call queue so callers wait in turn instead of hearing engaged
  • Video calling between users
  • Voicemail to email

These cover what most small and mid-sized teams need day to day. If you are new to the terms, our phone system features glossary explains them.

Forever UC Plus suits teams that need call recording for training, disputes or compliance, and managers who want to see missed calls and busy periods. Forever UC Contact suits sales and service teams that handle queues and need live figures; for more on choosing between a call-centre phone system and a full contact centre, see call centre phone systems.

Who Forever UC suits

  • Mobile and hybrid teams who want their business number on their mobile without giving out personal numbers
  • Small and mid-sized organisations that want a straightforward per-user service; deployments start from as few as four users
  • Offices replacing ISDN or analogue lines before the 31 January 2027 switch-off
  • Managers of remote sales or service teams who want live views of call handling and waiting times (Forever UC Contact)

If your staff already live in Microsoft Teams, Forever Teams may suit better. If you need advanced call centre routing or deep CRM integration, compare hosted 3CX and our cloud contact centre options. Our cloud phone system comparison sets them side by side.

Contracts, billing and set-up

You choose your minimum contract term, from 12 months. Set-up costs depend on your organisation and deployment, and are spread interest-free over your chosen term rather than paid up front. Moving up to a higher tier during the term carries no set-up fee.

Calls are billed itemised, much like a traditional line bill, and a minutes bundle is available on request. Desk phones are optional and can be supplied for an up-front cost rather than on a lease. Set-up covers number porting, app roll-out, any desk phones and the build of your menus and groups.

  1. We review your numbers, users, groups and opening hours.
  2. We recommend the right tier for your team and confirm devices.
  3. We build and test your call flows, then port numbers on an agreed date.
  4. Users install the apps, and we train admins and reception.

Pricing depends on users, tier, term and devices: ask us for a quote. Contact us to arrange a demo or a quote.

Why choose your cloud phone system with Forever Systems

We are vendor-neutral. Forever Group supplies and supports several cloud phone platforms, so we recommend the one that fits how your organisation works rather than the one we happen to sell.

  • Contact centre and call recording options matched to your call volumes and CRM
  • Number porting, handsets and set-up handled for you, including the move off analogue and ISDN lines
  • Connectivity checked so call quality is right from day one
  • UK support for moves, adds, changes and faults
  • For BT Cloud Voice, see our BT Business Partner site cloudvoice.cloud

We work with businesses, schools, charities and public sector organisations. We do not sell consumer phone services.
